Last years winner has started on his finishing 2024 wannabes HC. Those with a HC start on that and those without start on last years finishing HC -2 shots #getahandicap

Playing off 6 and below gets cut minimum of 0.7 for winning or 0.1 per shot above daily average which ever is higher		      
playing off  below 7 increase by 0.1  if same as or below daily average, if biff increase by  0.5       
 
                               
playing off 7-12 gets cut a minimum of 1.2 for winning or 0.2 per shot above daily average      
playing off 7-12 increase by 0.2 above or the same as the average, if biff increase by 1 shot      
                                 
                                 
playing off 13 and above gets cut a minimum of 1.8 for winning or 0.3 per shot above the average      
playing off 13 and above increase by 0.3 , below the average, if biff go up by 1.5 shots        
                                 
Any player shooting 40 points and above are cut a minimum 2 shots
